I really appreciate the attentiveness and have updated my review accordingly.\n\nI came in today as a new patient and so I had to go through the usual process of paperwork and scheduling, and the receptionist was a lovely South Asian woman who worked diligently to help everyone the best she could. But the place was very clearly understaffed and so the poor woman was very overworked, juggling multiple patients and phone calls, and so the process took much longer than it should have. If the folks in charge are reading this, PLEASE hire more receptionists.
