What is Depression?
Depression is more than a feeling of sadness or having an off day. It can affect how one thinks, feels, and functions throughout their day-to-day life.
Common Symptoms of Depression:
- Little interest or pleasure in doing things
- Sleep Disturbances like trouble falling asleep, remaining asleep, or sleeping too much
- Constant fatigue or low levels of energy
- Changes in appetite, such as reduced appetite or changes in eating habits
- Trouble concentrating or focusing
